TGIF!

I'm so glad it's Friday! We are having beautiful weather here in Vermont, 72 and sunny with no humidity, and it pains me to be inside working today. Kevin gets off at 1 p.m. and he is headed out to play golf with some friends, lucky man.

We finally got a new camera! Our camera was over 5 years old and no longer worked very well. In fact, the battery life was so short that we could only turn it on for about 10 minutes at a time before it died and that was with a brand new battery. In the last few years there have been many improvements in digital cameras so we figured with the baby on the way, lets invest in something we'll use all the time! After a lot of research and asking around for opinions from many of the amateur photographers I work with, we settled on the Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ5I am so happy with this camera! I took it to kickball last night and played around with it and got some great shots. Kevin is not as into technical gadgets as I am, but he likes how easy it is to use and so far it has taken amazing pictures. I want to sit down and read the manual this weekend so I know how to use all the features, but I'm impressed with the great lens and optical zoom so far and how well it shoots video. Yay, new camera!

We had a great night last night at Kickball, Kevin's team the Enformance Perhancers beat their long time rival The Tokyo Go Go's by 2 points! It was an intense game filled with drama and Kevin was the MVP in my humble opinion:) He was 3 for 3 with a triple and the game winning run in the last inning. It was a huge improvement after their terrible loss last week. The team is back!

Check out Greg, a good friend of ours and an incredible designer and photographer. Check out his team's T-shirt. Yes, that is Tupac Riding a Unicorn Over a Rainbow, which also happens to be his team's name. Crazy kids.

Kevin gets pumped before the game...
Lily watches for her daddy. She is so good during the games, but she is slowly going blind due to a cataract in her left eye and it's really sad to see her run up to every guy because she thinks they are Kevin.

Coach Ross celebrates as they take the lead

Kevin runs the bases after his incredible kick!Good sportsmanship is key
We celebrate by taking the party down to the waterfront to check out the incredible sunset

Crazy mama!

Kevin looks done...time to go home;)
