Baby watch continues...

Sorry if my lack of posting yesterday got some hopes up...I did not have the baby unfortunately, I was just too exhausted and uncomfortable to post;)

We did go back to the Doctor yesterday and my blood pressure went down a little which made the doctor happy but in a sick way I was hoping it was still high enough so they would induce me right away. Nope. My Dr. said I can wait until Monday now that it's decreased enough to take me out of the scary zone, so I need to sit tight and wait. My cervix is just not ready and they don't want to induce yet.

My non-stress test showed us that Baby Duggan is very content and happy and his heartbeat and fetal movement are wonderful. I am thrilled he is doing so well but I wish he would come out! The stress test also showed I am having numerous contractions which I can feel but they were not really painful until last night. I had incredibly painful and strong contractions for an hour and a half last night and I was about to wake up Kevin to get the show on the road when they just subsided and then stopped. It was all very frustrating. I am having contractions again today but they are sporadic and not showing any regularity yet. If that changes, and I hope it does, I'll update the blog!

For now, I'm going to take a nap!
