What's going on in there...more than you ever wanted to know!

Some great info. courtesy of Baby Center:

The baby is 14 weeks and growing. This week's big developments: The baby can now squint, frown, grimace, pee, and possibly suck his/her thumb! Thanks to brain impulses, the facial muscles are getting a workout as the tiny features form one expression after another. His/Her kidneys are producing urine, which is released into the amniotic fluid around him/her — a process that will keep up until birth. The baby can grasp, too, and if you're having an ultrasound now, you may even catch him/her sucking his thumb.
